Designing Iran Insurance Installment Management Software

Designing Iran Insurance Installment Management Software

Just as the differences in language and dialect among humans are vast, computers also operate using various languages.

This issue has progressed to the point where not only do machines use different languages, but even software developed in each machine language varies.

Therefore, disparities in software infrastructures across different organizations are entirely natural, and for this reason, linking organizational data requires intermediary programs that typically utilize the G2G (Government-to-Government) protocol and adhere to standardization.

Issuing insurance policies through insurance agents and deducting payments from salaries in the Education Department are two entirely dissimilar processes—one running on a Unix-based (or web-based) system and the other operating under DOS.

Thankfully, through the wisdom and initiative of the esteemed management of Iran Insurance in Razavi Khorasan Province, a plan was devised in this regard. With the collaboration of insurance experts, the Education Department, and the technical team, it was researched, developed, and implemented.

The current system, "Smart Installment Management System," is designed for ease of use, built on a web-based infrastructure using PHP. Insurance agents, branches, the Education Department, and the technical team each have their own user interfaces with defined access levels, equipped with necessary features such as viewing, editing, approving, generating reports, strategic monitoring, and more. Importantly, all related events and transactions are recorded and stored for future follow-ups.

One of the strategic challenges of the system is the non-compliance with defined standards in insurance and the Education Department regarding data exchange, which increases the need for human oversight and adjustments in communication protocols.

Given the analytical infrastructure and the proposed system, numerous additional features have been anticipated for implementation, which will be prioritized and executed accordingly.

With deep gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Haji Agha Mogharebi (Provincial Insurance Director),Mr. Haji Agha Miri (Provincial Technical Director),Mr. Najati (Technical Deputy),and Mr. Arianpour (Administrative-Financial Deputy) for their support and follow-ups in bringing this impactful project to fruition.
